Production Turnaround
After your proof is approved, we will begin production the same or next business day.
Most orders take about 3-4 business days in production.
Orders with specialty finishes like foil or custom cutting take about 5-7 business days depending on the size and complexity of the order.
Shipping
We offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping for all orders, which takes about 1-5 business days depending on your location. (We are located in upstate New York.)
You can choose to upgrade to Ground, 2nd day, or overnight shipping during checkout.

- Ground (1-5 business days, UPS or FedEx)
- FedEx 2Day (2 business days)
- FedEx Standard Overnight (1 business day)
Keep in mind that choosing a faster shipping option does not affect production time. If you need your order printed and shipped faster, you must expedite your order.
Expedited Orders
If you need to ensure your order arrives by a certain date, you may need to expedite your order.
Standard expedited orders can be delivered as early as the 2nd or 3rd day after the order is placed.
If your order includes specialty options, the fastest we can deliver is on the 5th or 6th day after the order is placed.
- Add your print items to your cart first.
- Then add the expedite fee to your cart.
- Place your order and approve your proofs before 12pm EST.
Rush orders must be placed before 12PM EST to count as that day’s order. If it is placed after 12PM EST, it will be counted as the next day’s order.
Please try to send print ready files to make the process as smooth as possible. If you would like a proof, please keep in mind that you will need to approve it before 12PM EST.
