If you are expediting an existing order(already in our system), the production time starts from the time this expedite fee is paid; not from the time the original print order was placed.

If you are adding this expedite fee along with a new print order, the production time starts from the time your order is approved to print. (Or from when the order is placed if you chose to not receive a proof.)

Orders placed or approved after 12:00PM EST are counted as the next business day’s order.
Example: if an order without Specialty Option is approved Monday after 12:00PM EST, with 2-day Expedite option, it will be delivered on Thursday.

Please note we are not responsible for carrier-related delays. If the order is shipped on time, we cannot issue a refund if delivery is delayed due to weather or other circumstances out of our control.
