How to Order with Thikit

Have your artwork ready/Gather your print files

You’ll need to upload print-ready art files with your order. You may choose to work with a graphic designer or you can create the design yourself using a platform like Canva or Adobe InDesign. At this time we do not offer design or typesetting services. We do have sizing templates and file preparation guidelines available on our website. And if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.

Place your order online

Make your selections, upload your files, add the items to your cart, and proceed through the checkout process. We have many papers and printing options to choose from so don’t hesitate to contact our team with any questions.

Approve PDF Proof

If you chose to receive a PDF proof, please allow us about 24 hours to review your files. We’ll email you a PDF proof for you to approve. If we find any issues we will email you and ask for new files.
If you choose not to receive a proof, your order will go straight to production unless we notice any major issues.

Production

After your proof is approved, we will begin production the next business day. Regular orders take about 3-4 business days. Orders with specialty finishes like foil or custom cutting take about 5-7 business days depending on the size and complexity of the order.

Shipping

We offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping for all orders. USPS takes about 1-5 days depending on your location. (We are located in upstate New York.)
You can choose to upgrade your shipping during checkout.
Once your order ships you’ll receive a tracking email.
